This notice covers this website and general enquiries handled by Hycinth Consulting Ltd, the UK company registered under number 15544330. We are the controller of personal information we receive and use for those enquiries.
Write to: Privacy enquiries, Hycinth Consulting Ltd, 35 Wheatear Walk, Waverley, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S60 8EN, United Kingdom. You can also call +44 7508 838096 to make a privacy request or complaint.

Information and purposes
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, organisation, project requirements and correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential documents in an initial enquiry.
- Answering business enquiries: our legitimate interest is communicating with prospective clients and understanding whether we can help.
- Preparing or performing a contract with you personally: processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, or to perform that contract. For contacts acting for an organisation, we rely on our legitimate interest in managing the business relationship.
- Managing complaints and legal requirements: we use relevant records to address concerns, protect legal rights and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Providing enquiry information is voluntary. Without sufficient contact details and context, we may be unable to respond. The website links to a Google Calendar booking page for initial consultations. When you use it, Google processes the booking information you provide under its privacy policy. Appointment details are used to arrange and manage your consultation. Booking confirmations and Google Meet details are handled through Google Calendar. The website has no enquiry-upload form or embedded appointment-booking service.
Website delivery and service providers
Your browser sends technical information, including an IP address, requested page and browser details, to the hosting infrastructure when it loads the website. Our website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Its infrastructure supports page delivery and security. We have not added advertising or audience-analytics tools to these pages.
People handling your enquiry and the communication or hosting providers supporting it may process relevant information. Professional advisers or authorities may receive information where necessary to address a legal matter or obligation. We do not publish your enquiry on the website.
OpenAI’s Europe privacy policy describes its processing, retention and international transfers, including processing in the United States. It describes reliance on adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards, including the UK Addendum to standard contractual clauses, and how to request details. This does not mean that every feature described in that provider-wide policy is used on our website.
How long we keep information
Retention depends on whether the enquiry remains active, whether it develops into an engagement, the records needed to resolve a complaint or legal claim, and any applicable legal record-keeping requirements. Information should not be retained after those purposes have ended. Contact us to ask about the retention of a particular record. Hosting-provider retention is described in its privacy information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access to your personal information and for correction, deletion or restriction. Data portability may apply to information processed automatically on the basis of consent or a contract. These rights have conditions and exceptions.
Where we rely on your consent for a specific activity, you can withdraw it without affecting processing already carried out lawfully. Use the phone or postal contact above to exercise a right. We may need to confirm your identity where necessary to protect your information. These website pages do not make automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
Questions or complaints
Please contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not need our permission to do so.
See our cookie information for website storage and available controls. We will update this notice as the site’s features and processing change.
