Her work combines international Group and affiliate DPO responsibilities, operational privacy delivery and practical AI governance.
Professional credentials
Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe and AI Governance Professional, awarded by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Training and advisory experience
Experience developing and leading privacy training and awareness with Learning and Development teams, delivering audits and DPIAs, and providing outsourced DPO and privacy advisory services across financial services, insurance, retail and other industries.
AI governance experience
Developed an AI governance framework and leads AI impact assessments across legal and creative production, including Copilot and Claude use cases. Advises on permitted uses and safeguards, reports to the General Counsel, and provides executive and Audit and Risk Committee reporting.
